About me

Hello, I’m Laura — an autistic tutor, qualified teacher, and home-educating parent of a

neurodivergent child. I specialise in supporting children who need a different approach to

mainstream settings, helping them rebuild trust in learning through curiosity, playfulness, and

genuine connection. My sessions are always flexible, interest-led, and paced around each

child’s needs — with a focus on creating safety, confidence, and joy in education again

Experience working with children who are out of school, on reduced timetables, or with

EOTAS packages

Areas of Focus

Literacy, communication, and topic-based learning

Rebuilding confidence and trust in education for children who have experienced school

trauma

Supporting autistic, ADHD, PDA and otherwise neurodivergent learners

Fees

£50/hour (booked in monthly blocks)

Option of shorter 25-minute sessions (£25) for children who need a gentler entry point

Current availability

Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays during school hours (some flexibility)

Initial free parent consultation, followed by a standalone trial session
