At PSC we understand this and recognise the value of connecting with others to share ideas, challenges and insights. We foster a strong sense of community among our tutors and specialists through a dedicated online forum and a monthly group meeting led by our founder, Helen Lees. In addition, we offer a free monthly coaching call for tutors, as well as the option for communication calls with schools and/or class teachers when requested by parents—ensuring everyone involved is supported and connected.

Competitive pricing

We pride ourselves on offering a competitive and transparent pricing structure. As a tutor or specialist with PSC, you have the flexibility to set your own rates with a straightforward 15% commission applied to session blocks. We manage all payments in advance from parents and carers, deduct the commission and ensure prompt payment to you. Additionally, we offer incentives for growing your client base and for referring other tutors and specialist services to join our community.

We are committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning by signposting relevant external training opportunities and providing in-house training sessions tailored to the evolving needs of our team.
